Many of you know, I really like taking baseball photos. I like the springtime all-American feel that Little League imparts. Capturing small moments in a game just makes me happy. Whether it’s a dusty slide into second, a 9-year-old pitcher’s hand on the stitching, a batter grabbing sunflower seeds from his back pocket, or a team celebrating together; I love photographing all of it!
Our “Girlfriends Weekend” away was delightful in every way. These special ladies have been by my side . . . forever. Two of them since early childhood, two of them since later school years, and one of them since birth! They are a part of me, and time with them fills me up. We enjoyed having our kids along for this weekend getaway, and our lovely Seabrook home-away-from-home was a cozy fit for all of us. To sum up our time away, one word: Laughter.
Beautiful children. Lovely family. This momma gives the world’s best hugs. If you know her, you agree. Her heart shines through in her sweet sons’ smiles. This daddy is their hero. I love this little boy for lots of special reasons, and am delighted to watch him grow up in this loving, fun, happy home. He is adored by Daddy & Mama, and is one of the most well-behaved youngsters you’d ever care to know. These family photographs were as joyful as they look – all fun. And, that backyard! Beautiful.
These girls mean business. They had an outstanding fall soccer season, and took home the PSPL U11 Classic 1 Division Championship! Spending a little time with them as we created their team photos was a hoot. They’re as sweet and pretty as they are determined and opinionated. They knew just how they wanted to stand, and they’d let me know if I had anything “off” in my posing of the group image. The end result is as much (or more) their own creation as it is mine. And, I like it that way. Way to go, Lightning!
These two little girls have blessed me, as both are my previous preschool students. They were star-students, great friends to others, and brought along a mommy and daddy who added much to our preschool program. This family is made up of four fabulous people, and they were so fun to photograph!

When a family arrives for a session and their dog is the first to greet me, I know it’s going to go well! It’s so great to include the four-legged member of the group in these keepsake photographs. This year, it was great to see so many of my clients bring their dogs along. I’m so glad Scarlett was able to join us on this day!
This family is dear to me for many reason. I loved being able to spend time with them and capture the beauty that is their family.
The sweetest. Look at these beautiful big sisters adoring their new little baby brother, Cooper. He’s the bees knees, and throughout the session it was quite obvious that everyone in the family felt that way about their newest addition.
This photo session was a baby shower gift, and I don’t know if I’ve ever been as touched by a mother’s thankful heart. For me, this is all about bringing smiles and hearts filled with joy to my clients. I want them to be able to cherish memories through these images. It means so much to me when people express their delight, and this mommy did so abundantly.
It was so great to spend time with this fab fam of five. Merry, merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas!
It’s all kinds of goodness to be able to photograph my own family – and it helps when they’re gorgeously beautiful! My little niece and nephew weren’t in the “sit still and smile for the camera” kind of mood, so we played some chase and ate a few Smarties as we coaxed them into family photos. My favorite is the happy image with all four of them engaged, laughing, loving. Great family – great fun. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for them.
