She’s a senior. How did that happen?

My spunky, unique, superstar niece is graduating. Not exactly sure how that happened so quickly. It’s been fun to capture her in various seasons of her senior year. Here’s a peek at her “fall / letterman” session at a local park. So happy I get to help her capture these special moments. Sniff.

These girls mean business. They had an outstanding fall soccer season, and took home the PSPL U11 Classic 1 Division Championship! Spending a little time with them as we created their team photos was a hoot. They’re as sweet and pretty as they are determined and opinionated. They knew just how they wanted to stand, and they’d let me know if I had anything “off” in my posing of the group image. The end result is as much (or more) their own creation¬†as it is mine. And, I like it that way. Way to go, Lightning!

Senior photography provides the opportunity for some of the coolest experiences! I love meeting new people, and hearing their stories. This family found Sunrise Photography via my soccer team photos (another avenue I love). They booked a 90 minute session, including 2 locations and a few outfit changes. We did a bit of Gig Harbor waterfront, then moved to a local park, and ended on the baseball field. It was a beautiful day, and really great to spend time with this 2013 grad and his mom.
